All data processing happens locally on your device in real-time. This ensures that your sensitive biological metrics, vital signs, and geographical information never leave your phone. Blom does not store, archive, or upload this data to any external servers, providing a truly secure and private healing sanctuary.

2. Real-Time Data & Purpose

Blom utilizes multi-dimensional real-time data to synchronize the sound engine with your body and surroundings:

• Environmental Data: We access your device Location and current Time, combined with Apple WeatherKit, to retrieve real-time conditions such as precipitation, wind speed, and sunrise/sunset times.
• Physiological Data: Combined with the HealthKit metrics mentioned below, these data points build a personalized, real-time soundscape.

Our Commitment: All data is processed "on the fly" for real-time sound modulation only. We do not build user profiles, nor do we store any historical logs of your biological or geographical data.

3. HealthKit Framework Rules

In strict compliance with Apple's developer guidelines:

• We request access to the following physiological metrics via the Apple HealthKit interface: Active Energy, Date of Birth, Heart Rate, Resting Heart Rate, Sleep, and Steps.
• These data points are used solely to drive our real-time generative sound engine, allowing the acoustic frequencies to sync precisely with your physiological state through our local algorithms.
• We will never use information gained through the HealthKit framework for advertising, marketing, or similar data-mining services.
• We will not disclose any HealthKit-derived information to any third party without your express, specific permission.

4. Third-Party Services (Exceptions)

Blom does not share your sensitive health or location data with any third parties. The only third-party service integrated is Apple's In-App Purchase system for subscription management. This data is handled exclusively and securely by Apple according to their own privacy standards.

5. Apple Subscription & Billing Statement

All premium services in Blom are handled through Apple's official In-App Purchase system:

• All payments, order management, and subscription renewals are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy and iTunes Terms of Service.
• As the developer, we do not have access to your credit card information or sensitive financial data; all transaction security is provided by Apple.
• You can manage your subscription, turn off auto-renewal, or view your purchase history at any time within your Apple ID Account Settings.

6. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

We respect your global privacy rights, including those under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Deletion: Since we do not store your location or health data, there is no such data to delete from our systems.

Blom is committed to providing a safe and pure auditory sanctuary for users of all ages:

• Content Safety: Our generative soundscapes are free from inappropriate language, advertisements, or third-party visual distractions, making them safe for children's sensory experiences.
• Zero Data Collection: Because Blom utilizes local real-time processing, we do not collect, request, store, or share any personally identifiable information from any user, including minors.
• Privacy Assurance: We strictly adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Since no data leaves the device or is stored, guardians can feel secure letting children experience the calming effects of our soundscapes.
• Guidance: While the content is inherently safe, we recommend that parents or guardians assist children with device permissions (such as Health or Location) to ensure a controlled and optimal experience.
